Why I built this
I'm Jason. I've worked in B2B software for over 15 years, both managing my own accounts & leading teams.
There were 2 key problems no tool in our stack ever solved: our forecasts came from gut feeling. Nothing asked the customer whether we had delivered the outcomes they wanted, no AI reasoned from the customer's side of the table, and they had never confirmed a word of their own account record.
Making sure the right person owned and engaged with the right step was often problematic, between QBR's or proposals that went lost into email chains.
So I built ValueRoom. One shared record where the customer tells us what we did and what is still missing, from the day they sign to the next renewal. When people change roles on their side, the new stakeholder sees everything we've worked on together up to that point.
I built it the way I would use it myself, every day, with the teams and customers I've worked with in mind. The way the AI reasons in there is the way I think. So this is me, in software.
It's free to start, with or without the AI and connected systems. When the confirmed outcomes start anchoring your renewal and expansion conversations, pricing is on the site for when you want to roll it out.
I think buyer-side confirmation is where B2B software is heading. When AI sits on both sides of a deal, the record both sides can trust is what the customer confirmed. If you see that too, I'd love to talk. Email me and I'll set you up personally.
